What are your delivery hours?
We deliver Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 9 am-12 pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
What is the cut-off time for ordering flowers for delivery?
Orders need to be placed by 2 pm AEST Monday to Friday (or 10 am AEST Saturdays) for same-day delivery. However, orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered the following day.
How much does delivery cost?

What is your refund/exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been made to order, such as flowers and hampers. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will endeavor to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, bank deposit/transfer and cash (in-store only).
