If you are ordering these balloons for an occasion other than a Birthday, e.g. Get Well or Congratulations, please specify the occasion in the special instructions at the checkout. Due to the porous nature of latex balloons, the balloons pictured will only stay inflated for a maximum of 1 to 3 days. Balloons are subject to availability. In the event that any of the balloons are unavailable, the florist will substitute with similar balloons. Number of balloons, colour, style, and wording may vary from picture.
Substitution Policy: While every effort is made to ensure the product and colour selected will be used, circumstances may arise due to seasonal availability where containers and flower colours and varieties may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.
